The handwheel interface of this controller uses RS232 single-receive communication, which is different from the handwheels commonly available on the market. Therefore, it only supports the handwheels sold by our store.
The communication receiving interface for the handwheel is located here.
Connect the red wire to the 5V on the control board, the black wire to the GND on the control board, and the remaining wire to the handwheel interface on the control board.
If you already have a handwheel, you can purchase the universal handwheel adapter board from our store. Following the same wiring method as your original handwheel, solder the wires for axis selection, magnification selection, and the encoder (A/B) onto the adapter board. Then, as instructed above, connect the 5V, GND, and MPG lines to the control board. This completes the adaptation.
